this family really needed more space but did not want to move so we designed a third floor addition to their single family home by adding a bedroom on top of their existing dining room. Adding the new bedroom gave us space to create a large shared hall bath for their family to use. the clients loved color but wanted something that would appeal to them for a long time, so green tile with a terra cotta floor was selected.
