We took this house down to the exterior walls to complete this renovation. The square footage was small but we wanted to give this family everything on their wish list including a first floor closet and powder room and custom fireplace. Because everything was new we were able to customize the wall and trim color based on their new oak flooring and new beige windows. We created a tiny closet under the stairs to the second floor with a custom curved door to fit in the space. A tiny powder room with a pocket door nestled in behind the fridge. We used half of the second floor to create a primary suite with a huge bathroom that includes a luxurious soaking tub. a hall bath is for their daughter and guests. because we renovated the whole house we were able to make sure the design flowed and all spaces were unified in some way.
